Our 23-yr old Carrier A/C went out at the start of summer, just blowing warm air instead of cold. Watched some utube videos and ordered this capacitor and a new condenser fan motor. Switched out both in less than an hour and saved us about $8,500 if we had bought and installed a new central A/C system instead. Great product!!

This capacitor is used for start-up and operation of AC motors with

Compressors.It is small in size, lightweight, heat resisting and anti-explosion.
Round capacitor can be used to substitute oval shape one with the
same MFD AND Volt specs.A 440 volt capacitor can be used in place
of a 370 volt, as it is build better, but the 370 can’t be used in place
of a 440 volt.
