Direct replacement
I used this cap to replace a bulging, fried cap on my outside condenser unit. It was 9 years old and it went out on a 109 degree day. I had to replace immediately or I would've bought from Amazon like I do everything else. It's so nice to have a cool house again. The price at Amazon was about the same as local. Thanks AMRAD.
