I used this in my Coleman Mach III A/C unit for my popup camper. I read blogs and other articles that said if your A/C fan doesn't turn on when you turn it on but you can hear the motor humming and the compressor working then you most likely need a new capacitor for the fan. I took a risk and ordered this after removing the current capacitor to find the model and specs. When I removed the A/C shroud I found on the inside panel the wiring diagram and wire colors that were connecting to the fan run capacitor and that's how I knew which part was the one in question. Thankfully when I connected this new one it began working again! This wasn't hard to do and it saved me a lot of time and money.
One note of caution, an electrician friend told me that after removing the old capacitor to be careful and not accidentally touch both sets of terminals because it can give a shock since capacitors store electricity. I just made sure to wear gloves and then connected both terminals with a screw driver. In my case since the capacitor was old and needing replacement it didn't have much charge so I was fine, but just a word of caution here. Also, I am not and don't claim to be an expert in anything electric.
The AC on my Coleman Westlake required hand starting the blower motor to get it going. Replacing all 3 capacitors fixed the issue.
Perfect replacement. Easy installation and working well. This is for the fan motor only in the AC, but I also replaced the compressor capacitor at the same time, so as not to have to repeat disassembly of the AC shroud and capacitor cover, and avoid climbing to the roof of the RV.
This was not my problem but it went in without a hitch.
My unit was silent, no humming, nothing. Ended up being a bad terminal connection, at the control board under the cover and inside the exchanger box of the roof A/C unit on the RV. Simply moving the connector on its mating spade made it work. Argg! Light corrosion causing intermittent problem. Life in an RV.
Replacing this item is relatively easy but involves dangerous heights and exposure to severe electric shock if done incorrectly.
EXTREME caution needs to exercised when performing the task.
I fixed my RV air conditioner with it. The price was right vs having a RV AC mechanic charge shop rates for the repair. I'm not saying that shop rates aren't fair. Shops have huge overhead and they have to make a profit to stay in business. I'm just happy that I could find this part and make the repair myself.

Works great. My problem was elsewhere but it was cheap enough, so just left it installed and kept old one for back up.
