The unit failed after a month of service. I had to scrambled to get a new one. What I had to do.
1. Order a new motor thinking it was the motor that failed.
2. Tested the motor by hardwiring in my garage. It worked
3. I got a capacitor from a AC repair friend.
4. Re-installed and fan worked fine
Not sure why it failed. Now I have to return the new motor at my expense. But I now mechanical things can fail. I am glad I can return it for free, that little bit helps.
Not very dependable when one saves the item on the shelf and then find out it was damaged when it is needed. The package showed no sign of item damage on when received.
This capacitor has the capacity you are looking for. It worked.

This capacitor is used for start-up and operation of AC motors with

Compressors.It is small in size, lightweight, heat resisting and anti-explosion.
Round capacitor can be used to substitute oval shape one with the
same MFD AND Volt specs.A 440 volt capacitor can be used in place
of a 370 volt, as it is build better, but the 370 can’t be used in place
of a 440 volt.
