Items burned out in less then a month
Works very well. I had a ceiling fan that hardly made it to low speed. After replacing the switch to no avail,
I used this replacement capacitor and now Fan works great! My only suggestion would be to have wire ends tinned before shipping this out. I had to get solder and a soldering iron to make wires fit into switch.
This repaired a Hunter ceiling fan that would no longer start spinning. When turned on, the motor would audibly hum, but the blades wouldn't move. Take pictures when you open up your fan to make sure you wire it up properly. I used a screwdriver, wire stripper, and some wire nuts, and I believe that was all it took to make the repair.
Work great and I had no problems installing it. This replaced an old fan item with nearly the same capacitance. This replacement worked without any issues.
I was able to fix my fan with this part. The fan would not run at full speed even on high. My previous part would not put out the correct voltage.

Take the bad one out , fasten the new one in and the ceiling fan works as new again. Poetic??
This is the part you need to enjoy your fan again. Just remember to put the motor cover back on before you attach the blades.
The solenoid was easy to install and I had no idea you could buy parts for it. Thank You Amazon
