Yes I knew what to test for. I replaced the open capacitor in my Delong de-humidifier and just saved myself over
$ 700 dollars for a new unit.. Cap was just a little larger than original but was easy to mount with the built in mounting
hole in the same position..
Terrible quality, capacitor was overheated and starts to melt in only few minutes, have to put the original capacitor back.
