Updated to give them 1 star. I put the first capacitor in my ceiling fan and it worked great for a few months before it burned out. After that, my fan/ light started the on/off issue again. I went to install my 2nd unit and it was a complete dud- it didn't work at all. Luckily, I bought 2 sets of these trying to plan for the future. I put in my 3rd capacitor and another dud. I was really hoping to get more life out of these since the original piece from the factory lasted years before I had to replace it. All in all, cheap faulty products. 1 of 4 has worked so far.
Capacitor worked and fixed the issue with my fan (don't buy Hunter fans).

However, it has a hum that's much louder than it should be.
I bought this to repair a ceiling fan. Worked like a charm. Saved me some money on labor.
This product arrived exactly as advertized. The fan speed was too slow and this corrected that situation.
Replaced the capacitor in a Hampton Bay AC-4054-5. It works fine.
