My AC capacitor took a dump on labor day weekend & 110 degrees outside. Not only was every HVAC supply store closed, but all the service guys were busy. Thanks to Youtube for helping me pin-point the problem & Amazon Prime for getting me the part in literally less than 24hrs.. my unit was back up and running with little wait & little cost!
Worked perfectly. Always keep a spare on hand. Will save you a few hundred over a service call. Easy to install, plenty of YouTube videos.
Just what we needed (actually bigger than our original) and works great. Easy $20 fix for something that people wouldve charged 100 for diagnostic and 200 for repair. Did it ourself and super easy.
I received the product before installing I tested the cap. It tested out at 79.8uf for the herm to common and .43uf for the fan to common. So in conclusion thanks for sending me a bumb cap. I will be requesting a refund.
That it came quickly for a closing on a home air conditioner!

Round capacitor can be used to substitute oval shape one with the
same MFD AND Volt specs.A 450 volt capacitor can be used in place

of a 450 volt.
